Correspondingly, a passenger's name, pickup and drop-off location, and phone number — masked where operationally feasible — are shared with the assigned driver for the purpose of completing the trip.

Where a user activates a safety alert through the platform, their live location, route, and the details of the driver and vehicle are transmitted to the user's designated emergency contact in real time.

With respect to financial transactions, we share transaction amounts and reference identifiers with our payment processing partners, including Khalti and eSewa, solely for the purpose of processing digital payments.

In connection with insurance matters, relevant driver and vehicle details are disclosed to insurance providers as required for the processing of claims, and driver details are provided as required for the social security fund.

Trip data, driver data, and fine records are similarly disclosed to the Traffic Police in connection with the enforcement of offline operation penalties and other sanctions provided for under the Regulations.

If the Nepal Government, Province Government, or any other lawfully authorized authority requests personal data in accordance with applicable law, we are obliged to comply immediately and in full. Finally, anonymized system data is shared with certified IT security auditors for the purposes of annual vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and the security audit mandated under the Regulations.

Personal data may further be shared with research partners, including those conducting surveys or research projects in partnership with or on behalf of the platform, as well as educational and training institute partners.

We may share your Personal Data with other parties in connection with any acquisitions, sales, mergers, joint ventures, consolidation, restructuring, financing, or any other type of business transaction.
